Although unexpected, I just recently finished the last project for my condo renovations.  In 2008 I remodeled the kitchen, last fall I did the bathroom, and now … due to a discontinued choice of wood … have new wood floors in the apartment.  Now I can hopefully stop dumping cash into this place …
