Was chatting with a co-worker yesterday, who asked what I planned to do for cooking.  I’ve written about it, but to continue the testing of my video production skills before embarking on the trip, decided to put together another quick vlog.  Will maybe do 1 or 2 more of these before I leave.  Hello Neiman!
